Nikki Trombley got her start in the real estate industry in 2011. Since then, she’s made learning and growing each year her number one priority. She acquired her broker license in 2015, and has gone on to earn a number of certifications and designations, including:
After spending years in the hospitality industry, Nikki found strong similarities within the real estate industry – especially when it came to successfully serving her clients and utilizing her keen attention to detail. Nikki works to constantly evolve as a REALTOR® by keeping herself up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing strategies the industry adopts each year. Nikki’s professional memberships include the National Association of Realtors (NAR) since 2010. She has been actively involved with the Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® Grievance Committee since 2016.. A member of the Grosse Pointe Board of REALTORS® since 2023. A member of the North Oakland County Board of REALTORS® since 2023. Some of her past recognitions include MVP Arterra Realty 2017 and House Hunters 2014 (Season 125 episode 13). Nikki was incredible. There is a very famous book in the consulting world called "The Trusted Advisor." The book talks about how in order to build trust with your client an advisor needs (among other things) to make sure to understand the client's need and listen carefully. The advisor must make sure to meet the clients' needs being truthful and telling clients things they need to but perhaps don't want to hear. The trusted advisor does not just focus on their own needs but keeps the focus on the client's needs. . Nikki did those things and so much more. She is smart, hard working and very professional. She was incredibly patient and I could go on and on. She is a great communicator. She truly modeled the trusted advisor concept. I personally have done a great deal of consulting and worked with clients all over the world. Nikki is one of the most impressive advisors I have seen.
